I have a 2024 Paul Reed Smith Standard 24 here. It comes with its factory case and paperwork. This one features USA Core 58/15 LT pickups.

Conditionally, this guitar looks very nice.

The body top shows some typical guitar pick strumming on the pickguard. The body wood itself looks pretty much immaculate. I did not find any patterns of low intensity play wear or any singular marks.

The body sides/edges show one tiny shallow line shaped indentation. This is similar to a scratch, but it doesn't bust up the finish like a scratch. It's just a very faint impression, very thin and about an inch long. This is near the lower horn. I didn't find any chips or bumps or big round indents. There is a little bit of glossing to the satin finish, which is pretty typical on these satin finished guitars. The portion of the guitar that rubs against your tummy will appear a little bit shinier than the rest of the guitar. So this sort of blends in with time and age on satin finishes.

The body back looks excellent, showing no buckle rash or worming. Nor did I find any accumulation of any lower intensity surface play wear. Nor any singular marks or dings or bumps.

The neck shaft contour looks and feels excellent. At the very bottom of the headstock I see a little bit of signs of use from a guitar hanger. It looks like there's a little bit of scuffing around the lower shoulders of the headstock, where the cream finish shows a little bit of discoloration. And each side has a little wear to the finish, but it's pretty small, about 1 mm. So nothing horrendous there. The rest of the headstock looks excellent with nothing to report.

The frets are tall and full, showing no pits or divots. The setup is fantastic. It plays like butter. That is often the case with Paul Reed Smith guitars. The original electronics are working perfectly. This guitar features a five way switch that gives you split coil tonality in positions 2 and 4.

So this guitar rates anywhere between an 8.9 and a 9.2 depending on how critical we are. I found a little bit of signs of use from a guitar hanger on the thin satin finish as the only real notable sign of use here. There was one little minute surface indentation on the lower horn. The rest of the guitar throughout looks on the higher side of Excellent. So it averages out. It's a pretty nice looking newer era guitar in all ways. It is structurally and sonically sound and plays like a PRS should.

This is a great all arounder do everything guitar. The S2 line tonally is not a huge departure from the "Core" line in my opinion. Arguably it is the best bracket for performance to price in comparison to the SE and Core lines.

This model has a thick mahogany body and neck topped with a rosewood fretboard. This tonewood combo has detail and complexity and strong midrange presence and an almost three dimensional sound stage.

Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged on Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.

Thank you for reading and considering!
