Selling a pair of AKG C408 MicroMic miniature condenser microphones with the AKG B9 battery power supply.

These are compact clip-on condenser microphones intended for drum and percussion use, including snare, toms, bongos, congas, hand percussion, and similar close-mic applications. They can also be used creatively on other acoustic sources where a small clip-on condenser mic is useful.

This is a complete working set with the B9 battery power supply included. Many C408 listings are for a single microphone only or do not include the required power supply.

Both microphones were tested with a fresh battery in the B9 power supply. Both mics pass audio and sound clean. No cable shorts, crackling, or intermittent signal were noticed during testing.

Important connection note: the included B9 battery power supply has a 1/4" output. I tested it successfully using a standard TS 1/4" cable into a mixer. Output level is modest when tested with speech, but both microphones produce clean signal and respond properly. These mics are designed for close placement on loud sources such as drums and percussion.
