Selling my Fender Telecaster Deluxe Classic '72 Sunburst MIM with full upgrades.
Upgrades include:
- DiMarzio BluesBucker Bridge PU
- Seymour Duncan Jazz Neck PU
- New 500k pots and completely rewired with quality wiring
- Orange Drop Capacitors
- Switchcraft 3 way toggle
- Copper Shielding under pickguard and inside cavities
- Chrome Knobs
- Locking Tuners
- New Bridge
- Dunlop Strap Locks
The neck and body are original from the Mexico production factory. No additional work has been done on the frets.
Light gigging history. No major cracks or dings. I take as much care of my gear as I possibly can. There are light cosmetic signs of play, but in-line with Reverb's description of "Excellent" so I am listing it as such. Comes with case that is basically new with a few minor scuffs on the exterior.
The BluesBucker bridge pickup is a P90 replica within a humbucker housing. 1 coil eliminates the hum and the other emulates a classic P90.
The Jazz neck pickup is very warm and thick sounding. My favorite is the middle position utilizing both pickups together.
