Auditronics Grandson 110 110A-MBM 1978 2-Track Return / Monitor Bridging Module (Serviced)

Serviced/rebuilt Grandson 110 MBM 2-track return module for sale.

As my console is finally coming to life, I’ll be parting with extra spares I’ve acquired along the way — mostly routing modules, blank panels, headphone amps, A-30 cards, parts, etc.

In this case, the MBM is from the mid to late 1970s and the edge connector doesn’t fit into my 1981 console so I can’t even use it lol. Had blindly recapped it before noticing.

TECH INFO:

• Recapped power supply decoupling caps with Rubycon 10,000 hour YXJ’s and C0G MLCCs
• Completely rebuilt the main 2-track return balanced line receiver with a nice Signetics NE5532, hand matched resistors (at least 0.1%), C0G ceramic capacitors and Nichicon audio-grade electrolytics.
• left the old tantalums signal path caps on the other lines because I didn’t plan to use those inputs.
• All of the other ICs have been swapped with standard TL072’s (improvement over the stock RC4558)
• Will include printout of the schematic, as well.
