Slingerland 14"x22" Bass Drum - 1970's - 3-Ply - Natural Maple Finish

Vintage 1970's Slingerland 14"x22" Bass Drum. 3-Ply Shells Maple/Poplar/Maple with Maple Reinforcement Rings. Natural Maple Finish. Used. There are signs of wear due to age and use. The hardware is really good, but some have visible pitting and some light rust. Pictures should show those issues. There is evidence of someone applying a wood filler to the seem on the inside of the shell (see pic). There aren't any signs of ply separation noted. Inlays on the original bass drum hoops are silver sparkle... Not sure if that's original... most likely aftermarket. Has all four of the bass drum spurs. One of the drum spur brackets is missing the wing nut (likely stripped). The other three are fully functional. I never used more than the front two and the bass drum stayed in place just fine. Has original bass drum claws, but the tension rods are aftermarket. aftermarket gaskets were added under the lug casings (see pics). Original bass drum tom mount bracket plate is missing. 3D printed covers (yellow) installed over the original holes from the hardware. The bass drum hoops have scuffs and nicks due to age and use, but are solid.

The heads pictured will not come with the bass drum. usable, but used heads will be included. The Remo Dave Weckl muffling system is included.
