The body of the Les Paul Meldoy Maker is constructed from lightweight poplar and features the classic Les Paul single cutaway design shape, in a comfortable and slim form. Married to the body, via a bolt-on design, is a mahogany neck that has been shaped into the comfortable 1960s SlimTaper D profile and is topped with a fingerboard set with dot inalys and 22 medium jumbo frets.
Epiphone have loaded the Les Paul Melody Maker with a pair of ceramic single coil pickups. Wired via a 3-way pickup selector switch and master volume and tone controls, there is a great selection of tones on hand.
Other appointments include the eye-catching pickguard, chrome hardware, and an adjustable wrap around bridge which combined with the tuners deliver solid tuning stability.
