Condition:

The guitar is in excellent condition overall and plays perfectly. The top, neck, and fretboard are very clean. The back shows some light swirl marks and superficial scratches from normal playing (see photos — nothing through the finish), plus a couple of tiny dings on the body edges, all shown honestly in the pictures. Frets are in great shape with plenty of life left. Truss rod works perfectly, neck is straight, electronics are fully functional with no issues.

Original PRS hardshell case (CU22) and tremolo arm.

The guitar has been kept in a smoke-free home and professionally maintained. Recently set up with fresh strings — ready to play out of the case.
