I will probably regret this, but since I am slimming down my guitar collection, I decided that this one has to go as well. You will most likely not find anything too similar to this build out there, unless you've seen tons of BLK1 replicas with F-hole (thinline).

This one comes with a lot of love and details as well. It's very lightweight, plays like butter and is super loud acoustically. But I'll break it down with the specs first:

• Thinline alder body with BLK1 nitro finish
• Maple neck with aging and C-profile
• Rosewood fingerboard with 9.5" radius
• 21 Jumbo frets for easy playability
• Dot inlays
• Nectite inserts & screws for easy neck adjustment, better tone and sustain
• Schaller M6 locking tuners with Pearl buttons
• Vega-Trem System in Satin Gold finish
• MF Guitars BLK1 Singlecoil set, wound after the BLK1 set used in the original, no RWRP middle
• Master Volume, Master Tone, Blend control, 5-way pickup set
• Dummy coil in the electronic compartment, can be activated with mini toggle, reduces hum
• Apollo Music Parts Trem Claw, for better stability, enhanced tone and sustain
• Comes with a nice softcase for easy transport and protection

My goal with this build was to make a more unique version of a BLK1 replica. It combines some of the classic aspects (pickups, fingerboard radius, body finish) with contemporary specs, such as the Vega-Trem, locking tuners, jumbo frets, dummy coil, blend control etc.

It's a absolute blast to play this guitar and when you strum it for the first time, it will definitely bring a smile to your face, as it does every time I strum it.
