Ibanez Roadstar II RG135 1985

Welcome to Vintage Emporium! You're looking at a Ibanez Roadstar II Series Guitar in Red finish built in 1985. This guitar sports a lovely red finish with black pickguard, matching headstock, and a maple neck. The Ibanez Super 7F Single Coil Pickups sound terrific producing a very clear and articulate tone that sounds great clean or dirty. The neck features a very comfortable slim C shape perfect for any sized hand. The guitar is playing well with great action, intonation spot on, and frets with plenty of life. The guitar features jumbo frets, and although they were polished, still show small divots on the first several frets. Since they are jumbos, you could certainly take some off and level them if it bothered you. This guitar has been professionally setup with 9-42 gauge strings. The whammy bar has been setup with 3 springs for fluid vibrato. The guitar is now playing fast and smooth. The vibrato system is really dialed in. This guitar weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. making it a medium weight for an S-type guitar.

This guitar is in very good condition. The guitar has certainly been played, but was well taken care of by its previous owner. Shows minor scratches and wear throughout. There was an engraving on the back of the guitar as well as the backplate covering the vibrato system. The case has the center latch missing, stickers on and some removed, and some big dings and rips. Overall the case is still structurally sound. Please see photos for further reference.
