  • The AKG D99C, known as “Harry”, is one of the rarest binaural dummy head microphones ever produced. Built in the mid seventies, it was designed to reproduce human spatial hearing with two omnidirectional dynamic capsules placed inside a life sized acoustic head. The result is a natural, immersive and three dimensional stereo image that works beautifully for ambience, ASMR, field recording and experimental sound design.
  • Harry has been fully checked, tested and serviced.
The fibers have been secured with special fixation to prevent shedding.
The internal wiring has been improved and fitted with two new Neutrik XLR connectors.
Both channels are matched and working perfectly.
