For sale is this nice 1969 Fender precision bass neck, in excellent condition. The neck is in great shape, has a stunning rosewood fretboard and is loaded with tuners and string tree. The neck plays smooth and fast. The frets have plenty of life in them. The tuners and the string container are included in this sale.
Width at the nut: 41.30 mm
Heel stamp: 5-MAY-69-B
NOTE BEFORE BUYING:
The neck is straight, with the truss rod fully turned in clockwise direction. The truss rod seems to be somewhat rusted; it can be loosened / turned counterclockwise (with some light force) but with the neck straight the truss rod nut does not move clockwise any further. I wanted to be honest and clear about this, it does not affect playability in any negative way at all.
