Item Description The JHS Bender is a stunning tribute to one of the most prized vintage fuzz circuits: the 1973 MK3 Silver/Orange “Onomatopoeia” Tonebender. Part of the "Legends Of Fuzz" series, this pedal meticulously replicates the touch, feel, and response of a highly sought-after vintage germanium fuzz, but uses carefully chosen modern silicon transistors for superior accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

The straightforward control layout includes Volume, Tone, and Attack knobs. The Attack knob allows you to dial in the perfect amount of distortion, while the highly flexible Tone control lets you sweep between bright and dark tones to perfectly match a wide range of amplifiers and guitars. Additionally, a special “Mode” button on the side activates the never-before-heard “JHS Mode”. This mode delivers more gain and a mid-frequency boost to send your solos soaring through the mix. With higher Attack settings in this mode, you will even feel the fuzz slightly gate depending on your picking dynamics.
