Instead of just copying a vintage spec, we looked at how to get the most out of the vintage Firebird design by creating more balance between the neck and bridge positions with an overwound bridge pickup and drastically improving the inductance plate design so that it doesn't cause phase cancellation or induce hum between the coils like the originals did. This results is a more open bass response with more output that breathes with better touch sensitivity and mid range dynamics. You simply won't find a more inspiring Firebird pickup than this!
