Vintage 1968 Gibson Firebird I. This guitar is in pretty nice shape for it’s age. It has that great P-90 tone! A nice player with nice low action. The frets show some wear from use over the years but really are not bad. There are scrapes, scratches, nicks and some buckle rash on the vintage sunburst finish. Please look closely at the pictures for condition. At some point the face of the headstock was painted a flat black. The original tuners were replaced a while back with a Schallar set. The original tuners will be included. When the guitar came in to us it had a changed pickguard with two humbucker pickups, but since all the original parts, including the original P-90 pickups were in the case, we put it back to it’s original condition. Some of the wiring needed to be updated. Includes the original case. The case has some mild damage on the bottom end and the handle is broken but the case otherwise is functional.
