Yet another lovely example from Eastman with all solid woods. Featuring a Spruce Top, Sapele Back and Sides, Ebony Fretboard, Bone Nut and Bone Bridge
Guitar was purchased from Simms Music in April 2025, so I've had this for about a year and it has never left the house
A real fine instrument with narrower string spacing though not necessarily comfortable for players with larger hands, as the Nut Width is 1.68 If the spacing were a bit wider, I would never let this go........
This is an amazing guitar for its price point. I have owned many wonderful instruments including a 1947 Martin 0-18, a 1955 Gibson LG-2, and a Taylor 510 from the Lemon Grove Era. Though the Eastman is not in the same class as these, they can definitely hold their own.
