Created in collaboration with the Gibson Custom Shop, the Inspired by Gibson 1958 Korina Explorer is an exceptional recreation of one of the most sought-after and expensive vintage guitars on the market.
The Epiphone 1958 Korina Explorer features, just like the original, a solid Korina body and neck, an Indian laurel fingerboard, and a neck profile inspired by the 1958 Explorer.
In terms of electronics, the instrument is equipped with a pair of Gibson Burstbucker™ 2 and Burstbucker™ 3 pickups, offering both an aggressive tone and vintage character, wired to an electronics system featuring CTS® potentiometers and Mallory™ capacitors.
Included in the price is a special hard case with an original period design.
