Here’s a beautiful old survivor. I purchased this from the spouse of the original owner. It’s in really nice condition with plenty of signs of wear consistent with a 60-year-old guitar. There are dings scratches impressions and plenty of cool 60s finish checking. There is a repaired crack in the center seam on the back. The face is warped with a bit of belly bulge under the bridge and it dips in toward the sound hole. It’s not that bad and hard to photograph. It looks like some of the braces inside have been re-glued. The brace under the sound hole is lower profile. Not sure why. The bridge and bridge plate may have been replaced or at least reattached. There’s a newer pickguard as well. There’s a well done stinger paint job on the back of the head. I don’t believe this was standard. Somebody let me know if you know different. I don’t see any signs of neck or head damage/repair. Other than whats mentioned above, it looks original. This little guitar is solid and ready to go!!!

The neck is pretty straight and set up for low comfy action. The truss is functional. New Martin Silk and Steel strings. The frets get a little squirrely past the 13th fret. If you plan to play way up there, you’ll want to address it. Otherwise it plays great! For a smaller bodied guitar, this resonant old tone wood sounds really nice.
Nut. 1.68”.

.82” depth at 1st fret.
.95” at 12th fret.

It includes its original worn Gator Skin chipboard case. Missing handle and the inside pocket flap top is disconnected. Otherwise it holds the guitar well.
