Vintage 80s Burny EX-85MJ, Matthias Jabs model Explorer. Another one of those superb Japanese artist guitars this one based on Matthias Jabs' most-used stage guitar with the stripes. Note the level of detail, for instance one black, and one white pickup ring as on Jab's actual Gibson Explorer. Factory painted stripes are nice and even as you would expect.

Surely much nicer than the Gibson Custom Shop model without pickguard that was issued later and which he didn't even actually use!

Looks like all stock hardware, including the acclaimed Burny VH1 pickups. Fingerboard is clean, frets levelled with adequate life left. This guitar has light wear, light scratches all round, some scuffs on the edges. Pitting of the original hardware. Apparent finish cracks around the neck joint (stable). This is in overall good clean condition, for a guitar that's almost 40 years old! Nothing needs immediate replacement, guitar is clean and is ready to play. You can be the next bad boy running wild with this one!

Will ship in almost new TKL Explorer case.

Pllease remember though it is in good used condition, that this guitar is used. As such, those people of a nervous disposition or expecting everything perfect are advised not to trouble themselves or me.
