For sale is a very unique Cav. Paolo Soprani mini accordion from the early 1900s. We have listed this item as "Fair" condition because it does work, however it is not completely functional. The majority of the left hand bass buttons and right hand keys work but this instrument will need to be professionally reconditioned. We do not play accordion so to what extend it plays / doesn't play is not clear. It does make noice when buttons are depressed. There is a small crack on the underside of the key bed but it does not go all the way through the wood (pictured). The decorative wood does not have any cracks and seems well intact. We have not opened this instrument particularly because we wouldn't know what to look for even if we did. Our research has shown us many different models of Paolo Soprani accordions but this is the only one we've seen with this particular keybed. Seems to be rare and unique. Please ask questions or request more pictures if you have any concerns before purchasing this piece. It is sold "as is" and "as described" to the best of our ability.
We believe the natural keys are Ivory while the accidental keys are rosewood.
Has 12 bass buttons
Wooden box (case) and strap (both pictured) are included with purchase.
This instrument will be packed and shipped with the utmost care.
