VFE Fuzz Cocktail - an enhanced Fender Blender clone

Here's one of VFE's Fuzz Cocktail, handmade, souped-up Fender Blender clones in excellent condition. These are no longer made, and seldom come up for sale.

The VFE Fuzz Cocktail hits the same tones as the original Fender Blender, while having additional features and a wider range of settings. With the octave switch, blend, and fuzz knobs, you can create sounds that are out of this world, and simply can't be created without it, not even with the Blender. Add to that the fact that the volume and tone boost are actually in ranges that are usable, and there is no reason to blow hundreds on a vintage Blender just to have to spend a hundred more to mod it and make it functional.

This is an earlier prototype of the Fuzz Cocktail, and the 3-way switch actually features just two settings, which is N and H = half-wave octave, and F = full octave effect.

Here's how the controls work:

SUSTAIN = gain/sustain of the fuzz circuit

FUZZ = output volume of the fuzz circuit

TONE = tone of the fuzz, clockwise = more treble, counterclockwise = more bass

TONE BOOST = switches the tone stack and corresponding control in and out of the circuit.

BLEND = gradually adjusts the output volume of the clean signal that's mixed into the fuzz signal

H/N/F = 3-way octave switch with actually just two settings. N and H = half-wave octave (very asymmetrical clipping), F = full wave octave.
