Electrical Guitar Company 34.00 bolt on Aluminum neck P Bass Rickenbacker horseshoe 2023 - Polished and Mystic Surf Green

This one was a great deal of fun to build as this combo always seemed like a match made in heaven.

The body is a brand new Fender American P Bass in Mystic Surf Green metallic finish. This might be my favorite color these days, it always looks good in any light. The pickguard is gold anodized aluminum P bass pickguard that has been modified to accept this NOS Rickenbacker Horseshoe magnet bass pickup. This pickup is the real deal horseshoe magnet style directly from Rickenbacker. The neck is an EGC all aluminum 34.00 scale bass bolt on neck with Gotoh tuners and Jescar stainless steel frets. T6061-T651 aluminum construction.

PEC 500L log pots with Sprague caps, Switchcraft jack and Thermax coax cable. All the best parts available. International buyers are welcome, comes in a hardshell case and please feel free to ask any questions.

It has all the low end you would expect with an extended high end/head room clarity thats usually not present on most basses. The magnetic field of the horseshoe magnets themselves, pull from all directions vs pulling straight down with the fields in a traditional pickup, making the notes sustain longer and having zero of the ghost overtones that can happen with a neck pickup in this configuration when playing on the upper register. This bass will go from dirty to straight up clean as well as everything in between simply based on your playing style/attack. Im very curious to see what gets made with this bass.
