From the 1960's this is a 3 pack of Ludwig hi hat stand anchors. Helps prevent slipping. Shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and some rust. Spikes are still plenty sharp. Clamps are 100% functioning! They do have tape or tape residue. See the pictures for more details!
