Brandonwound S-50's Aged Strat pickup Set *Authorized Dealer*

The 50’s S series are Hand built and hand wound. Each 0.95 diameter magnet is individually beveled to avoid ripping the volcanized fiber during bobbin assembly. They are then dipped in lacquer just like they were in the 50’s before winding. We then hand wind our 50’s S series with formvar wire as originally done. We use Alnico 5 or Alnico 3 magnets depending on the customers needs.
