Fully 60 Hz AC tested and guaranteed vintage tube preamp transformer. AC testing using an oscilloscope allows us to find and reject transformers with noisy outputs, which a simple resistance or continuity test will not show reveal. Made in USA in 1961. IEA date code 1005128. Weighs 2 lbs 3 oz.
This transformer originally provided heater current and high voltage HT B+ for 4 12AX7, a 6X4 rectifier, and a EM84 indicator tube in a Webcor preamplifier.

The voltages run a bit higher when run at modern AC levels instead of the 115 VAC that was specified in the 1950s and 1960s.
