I've bought it when in quite bad conditions. Some rust attached the base, synth not playing at all, some missed keys and so on.
The instrument has been carefully reworked; the base has been treated with rust converter to polymer, all old tantalum capacitors replaced, S&H capacitor replaced with a new 5% polypropylene component, some defective electronics replaced. New ICs mounted on high-quality sockets.
The keybed was fully restored, with new bushings, cleaned and greased. Contacts were all cleaned with De-oxit and adjusted for optimum contact.
PPC was also fully cleaned and revamped as new.
All sliders were dismantled, cleaned and lubed.
New refactored slider caps were installed.
The 4075 VCF has been modified against the production bug, to overcome the 12kHz bandwidth limitation, as stated by Timothy Smith.
There is a small defect in the upper left corner, shown in a picture.
The instrument is fully tested and adjusted as per service manual procedure.
NOTE: this Axxe production series is known because of an audible and annoying "click" with each keypress; on this Axxe this issue has been solved and fixed!
