The "69" is a very percussive and articulate pickup yet when gain is added it has a smooth crunch tone that is not muddy or bland. It is primarily a Bridge pickup however customers have now found that it performs just as well in any position e.g. middle or neck. If you want the Best pickup for your money...Get the "69" Because of customer demand It is now the standard pickup used in all Black Diamond Custom builds.
