The weird stuff is always the most interesting. What this is, apart from unconventional, is a sort of a passive microphone/antenna for picking up electromagnetic sounds. High-quality production. Amazing tool for creative/alternative field recording and sound design – already drawing the attention of recording artists the likes of Aphex Twin and Richard Divine.
Arrived only a week ago after ordering three months ago. Picked up two but thinking one will probably suffice for the time being. Plus I need the money for something else really important at the moment. This one is unused. Comes still wrapped with manufacturer promo stickers. Skip the LONG 3-month wait after pre-ordering. (Already starting to second guess my decision to let go of it... Better hurry before I come to my senses!)
