This is a Walden G3000 SupraNatura, the flagship grand auditorium model from this new brand in the early 2000s. Walden was founded through a partnership between Charles Fox and Jonathan Lee. This model was to establish that they could make guitars in China that were as good as anything being built at the time. I would say this model was comparable to American guitars in the $2400 range and slightly above at the time. 25.5 scale, 1 11/16 nut, mahogany neck with ebony board, select spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, hand scalloped braces, maple binding. This is a very high end and gorgeous guitar. I would describe the sound as somewhat mid focused, with solid but not boomy bass, and beautiful but not chiming highs. This guitar has very low action without buzz and can be played all the way up the neck. It sounds its best with 13s. If you prefer 12s, this may not be the guitar for you, although it plays effortlessly with 13s. No case tor gig bag unfortunately, but it will be double boxed and well packed for shipping. Just an amazing guitar for this price.
