Golden Age Project GAP Pre-73 Microphone / Line Preamp
Condition: Poor-Fair Condition / Fully Functional with Cosmetic & Minor Mechanical Flaws
Up for sale is a Golden Age Project Pre-73 single-channel vintage-style preamp. The unit is in poor-to-fair cosmetic condition, but sounds great and functions properly.
- Cosmetics: There are visible scratches, scrapes, and a few dents across the chassis.
- The Output pot is slightly loose and a piece of its plastic shaft/knob has broken off, though it is still operable.
- The Mic/Line pot is secure, but exhibits a slight scratchy sound when turned through positions (easily cleaned up with some contact cleaner/DeoxIT).
- Functionality: Otherwise, the unit is functioning well, sounds great, and the front-panel line input operates well.
- Included: Supplied with the matching 24V PSU (Power Supply Unit).
