The Fender American Professional Jazz Bass® builds on more than 60 years of Jazz Bass design with updated features for modern players. Made in the USA, it features a solid alder body, a Slim "C"-shaped maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with rolled edges for a comfortable, familiar feel.
The "Super-Natural" satin neck finish provides smooth playability, while the sculpted neck heel allows easier access to the upper frets. Two V-Mod III single-coil Jazz Bass pickups deliver the signature punch, clarity, and articulation of a traditional Jazz Bass. ClassicGear Precision Potentiometers provide smooth, consistent volume and tone adjustments.
Additional features include a 4-saddle HiMass Pro bridge for increased sustain, lightweight vintage-style tuning machines, a bone nut, and 20 narrow-tall frets. The Dark Night finish is complemented by a 3-ply black pickguard and nickel/chrome hardware.
