Original 1983 Fender Jazz bass with newer G&G / Fender black Tolex case.

*Bought from: Kebo Bass Works in NJ - Great guys to deal with, I have bought/traded several basses with them.

*Pics: Recent pics, plus Kebo's Original Pics from Reverb when I purchased it.

*Three pickguards: including white, black, and original white. Kebo Bass Works (Ken) converted the "silly, cheap and stupid looking one piece guard to a Genuine Fender control plate and pick guard", but have the original if you prefer it.

*Case: "Newer" G&G / Fender black Tolex case - looks brand new

*Weight: 9.8 lbs.

*Condition: This bass does have cosmetic player wear and patina including a minor blister on the headstock that ain't goin anywhere... There is also a nick on the back of the neck near the headstock (you can see in their pic as well)

This one is a good one! We did you the favor of converting the silly, cheap and stupid looking 1 piece guard to a Genuine Fender control plate and pick guard. We had about 10 different guards in our pile and this one really looked the best with the white covers and knobs. The good news is the bass is all original (we are including the original guard with the bass), she plays and sounds really really good. This bass does have cosmetic player wear and patina including a minor blister on the headstock that ain't goin anywhere... The nice guys that we are, we even put it in a newer G&G / Fender black Tolex case. nice 9.8 lb bass.
