The SB 1000 is a faithful and ‘high-end’ revisit to a time when bass construction was enjoying a surge of creativity and flair. Aria Pro II SB series had been esteemed by legendary bassists through the ages including Cliff Burton, John Taylor, Rudy Sarzo, Jack Bruce, Marcus Miller.
Ever Since its initial launch in 1978, the Aria Pro II SB 1000 has been crafted by skilled Japanese luthiers. The neck-through construction, featuring a silky smooth heel-less cutaway, ensures superior comfort when playing at upper fret positions, while also maximizing body resonance. It comes equipped with the Japanese-made Aria Pro II original MB-1E pickup, featuring an active BB circuit that ensures a powerful tone and a wide range of tone control. The highly reliable Gotoh hardware further enhances its features. The bass is available in four color variations: Oak, Paduak Red, See-Through Black, and Black
This is a 2023 bass in great condition throughout, only a few very small aged related marks, gig bag included and re-strung with La Bella strings.
