The RODE NT1 is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone with a 1-inch gold-sputtered capsule and cardioid polar pattern. It delivers a smooth frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz with low self-noise, making it suitable for vocals and instruments where clarity and detail are needed. The internal capsule shock mounting helps reduce handling noise and vibrations during recording.
This microphone handles high sound pressure levels up to 142 dB SPL and requires 48V phantom power for operation. It includes a studio-grade shock mount with pop filter and a 6-meter XLR cable for immediate setup in most recording environments.
