The Crazy Tube Circuits Space Charged V2 is a handmade, real-tube overdrive and boost guitar pedalcrafted in Greece.

Key Features & Design

• Real Tube Core: Houses a stock 12AY7 preamp tube running on high internal voltage (40v+) for organic warmth and touch sensitivity. The tube is swappable for 12AX7, 12AT7, or 12AU7 variants to alter gain structure and headroom. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Version 2 Upgrades: Adds an independent/switchable boost circuit (with dedicated boost volume and gain controls), a wider tone sweep, and a physical Tight/Fat switch to voice the low-end response. [1, 2, 3]
• Power Requirements: Draws around 430–450mA and usually ships with a dedicated 9V DC center-negative power supply (no internal battery operation). Note that the tube requires a short 20-to-30-second warm-up period upon power-up. [1, 2, 3]
