The classic 173 solid bodied guitar in red with three pickups was a favourite for many back in the 1960s, there is a film on Youtube about how Mark Knopfler's first electric guitar was the two pickup version. This one is in good nick, there is some minor (by Hofner's standards) lacquer checking, the neck is comfortable with good frets and an easy action and all the electrics work as they should. The tremolo arm has gone AWOL as they often do but I think one of the generic replacement types for various Japanese models would fit if needed. It has the original case that is a bit tired looking and missing a handle but still solid, there is also what looks like a vintage strap, but have no idea if it is the original.

I have quoted an average shipping rate but for Sydney or Melbourne areas it should be less and I will refund the difference.
