Martin D-18 Authentic in very good used condition. This is a powerful, responsive dreadnought with the classic dry mahogany tone, strong bass, clear trebles, and plenty of volume. It sounds great for flatpicking, strumming, or fingerstyle playing.
The guitar has been professionally equipped with an LR Baggs HiFi pickup system, giving it a natural and balanced amplified sound without taking away from its acoustic character. The endpin jack is shown in the photos.
It features an Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, and Waverly open-gear tuners. A quality hardshell case is included.
This guitar has been played and shows some normal cosmetic wear, including light marks on the headstock and a couple of small finish dings on the body. I have included close-up photos of the most noticeable areas so there are no surprises. The marks are cosmetic and give the guitar an appropriately played-in appearance.
A great opportunity to own a Martin Authentic that is ready for both the stage and the studio. It will be carefully packed for shipping in its hardshell case.
