The limited “Hanover Gold” Series introduces three special editions of our most popular instruments: Starplayer TV, Starplayer CBR, and Paloma.

Each model features a distinctive gold paint finish infused with metal particles and meticulously hand-processed to achieve a unique, naturally broken-in feel. The entire back of the instrument is finished in a high-quality matte black, creating a striking contrast to the bright, radiant gold top.

NECK & FRETBOARD

OUR CLEVER PLEK PROCESS ALLOWS FOR AN UNUSALLY LOW ACTION WHILE STILL KEEPING ALL NOTES CLEAN AND CLEAR WITHOUT STRING-BUZZ.

The string-action, the height of the strings over the frets, can only be set low and comfortable if all frets are precisely the same height. To achieve that, we use the ingeniuos Plek machine that levels all frets with a precision of 1/100 of a millimeter. Each fret is measured and cut individually to achieve optimal playability of the instrument.
Our elaborate finishing work is done entirely by hand. Each fret is polished to perfection and all fretboard edges are carefully rounded off for a smooth feel.

PICKUPS

DUESENBERG PICKUPS ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR DISTINCT, CLEAR AND VERSATILE TONE THAT EASILY CUTS THROUGH THE MIX FROM MELLOW JAZZ TO SUPERCHARGED ROCK.

Our creamy Domino P90 in the neck position and the classically voiced GrandVintage Humbucker at the bridge form an all-around dream team many have tried to replicate.
The acclaimed middle position of the Heavy Duty 3-Way Switch features a special wiring which filters certain low-end frequencies out of the humbucker signal. The result is an open, funky and extremely versatile addition to your pallet of tone.

NEW SAPPHIRE DELUXE VIBRATO

THE VIBRATO SYSTEM THAT HAS CHANGED THE IDEA OF WHAT A CLASSIC DESIGN CAN DO, IS NOW REVAMPED.

Duesenberg tremolo's are know for a buttery smooth action, reliable tuning stability and string changes that are a breeze are just the main aspects of our unique vibrato design.

The new Sapphire Deluxe Vibrato is the revised version of the Diamond Deluxe Vibrato and as always with Duesenberg, it's all in the details; the new tremolo features a slightly curved tailpiece that sits closer to the body. Additionally, the three-step design was applied to the far edge of the tailpiece all of which contributes to a more refined, sleek design. 

Maple & Spruce

The Starplayer TV brings a beautiful laminated spruce top. The neck is made from a single piece of maple and the stunning flamed maple back elegantly shines through the black burst finish on the back.

Nickel Hardware

You will find the geometrical three steps in almost every part on our instruments, from the curves on the headstock to the shape of the output jack.

When compared to regular chrome finishes, nickel has a beautiful warm and elegant sheen and ages naturally over time. It's the way things were done before chrome became the standard. If you don't want the hardware on your instrument to age, we recommend regular cleaning.
