An absolutely beautiful example of the last iteration of Conn's curved soprano. This is the exact same horn as the 'naked lady / lady face' engraved horns, but with the previous standard 'art deco' engraving, both equally as rare. The art deco engraving places this horn as sold ~1931 but the serial number 220xxx places it slightly earlier at ~1928-1929, which means it was engraved prior to selling. Less than half a dozen of these horns (deco and naked lady engraving) have been identified on connsortia.com, making them extremely rare.
This horn's previous owner had a very expensive and wonderfully done Music Medic overhaul and has been played very little by the previous owner or myself. Pads are like new great and the horn needs nothing. Horn feels great under the fingers. Please see pictures and ask questions!
Overall this is in amazing shape, with one obvious repair to the low Eb key cage on bottom backside of horn, cage is not original.See pictures for details.
Comes with original case.Free shipping to CONUS, outside pays actual charges.Horn will be packed wtih care and all keys will be corked closed to prevent any movement in shipping.
