Zildjian K SWEET Hihats in the generous 16” size! I’m not even sure Zildjian makes these anymore!  They’re not on the website.  And the 15s” cost $720!! 

And these being the largest size, they’re FAT with a wonderful darkness to them that goes far beyond the smaller 14s and even 15s. 

Zildjian describes these K Sweet Hihats as:
“The K Zildjian Sweet Collection extends the iconic K Family into a new direction of tonal colors that are dark, sweet, and responsive. And that is accurate! The operative words here are “dark sound with a solid chick.” That’s where these Zildjians excel! 

At 1228 and 1958 grams, these K 16” Sweets offer the time-honored Thin Top/Heavy Bottom philosophy for a cutting chick. 

Very strong chick with this pair! Crisp too for this series. 

Raw bells give them a bit more bite on the attack (and look great) but they have a nice low profile so they remain dark and lower in pitch.

So big and lush you can open them up and crash or even light ride on them.
