With in-house, certified repair technicians, all of our instruments have been carefully maintained and play tested to assure a high degree of quality. Politique d’expédition
Shipping carrier delays are occurring with all carriers throughout North America and beyond due to labor shortages and overwhelming demand.
We ship via UPS or USPS with full insurance unless requested otherwise (additional fees may be incurred at that point). 2-Day (or Priority) shipping may be delayed over weekends/holidays due to UPS and USPS own delivery schedules. Message us for details. We do not ship out orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
We are currently only shipping outside the United States to Canada, unless upon special requests with prior-approved purchases.
You may have your shipment sent to a local UPS Store for pickup. CVS Pharmacy and Advance Auto Parts are additional options. All orders shipped to an apartment building will require a signature upon delivery.
- WE ARE NOT AMAZON therefore do not EXPECT “Prime” delivery speeds / service (although we have been known to achieve that level of speed / service many times in the past!). We deal with LIVE musical instruments and products that are -individually- inspected and evaluated IMMEDIATELY before each shipment. Most purchases leave our warehouse within 2 business-days of receipt of your order. Orders received on Friday afternoon, Saturday & Sunday will ship out Monday.
- Some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier. These items may require longer shipping times. Please contact us for up-to-date lead-time estimates on these special orders.
- If you live within the continental US, you will have the following options and associated shipping & handling costs at checkout:
Orders up to $50 – $4.99+
Most orders over $50 – Free Shipping
Some exclusions apply – contact us for expedited and large / heavyweight item shipping quotes
- If a package is not able to be delivered to the address the customer has provided for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent (if they wish to have it resent).
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP) are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location. Please refer below for International Shipping information.
- Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipment notification / tracking number. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR ITEM HAS PHYSICALLY LEFT THE FACILITY. This info will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience and will update once the carrier has scanned the package at pickup. If you do not receive this notice, please check your spam folders.
- If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you to resolve the problem immediately. All damages incurred during shipment will be the responsibility of the shipping company which delivered the item (USPS or UPS). A claim will be filed immediately and claim number confirmation issued to the recipient. The recipient will hold on to the damaged item and all of its packing contents / materials until the claim has been resolved in one of the following manners: the item is picked up by the shipping company for salvage and the recipient will then be reimbursed in full; the claim is rejected at which point we will seek further evidence to appeal and issue refund upon the case outcome; the shipping company advises us the damages are not their responsibility (at which point we will appeal and seek return of the damaged item for refund / replacement). Any attempt to return the item immediately and not follow these procedure voids any refund / return remedies. Please be advised that all of our outgoing packaging is high-definition video-recorded to avoid false claims of damages occurring prior to shipment.

We are able to ship to countries outside the United States of America:
- International orders are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location.

- All custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The value of our package will be listed directly on your package as required by custom authorities.
- The release of your package is at the sole discretion of custom agents.
- Due to customs processing, some packages may be delayed delivery.
NOTE: Depending on the shipping that has been chosen, there may or may not be tracking available once your packaged leaves the US. Once the USPS verifies (via tracking/scanning information that is available at usps.com) that the package has left the country, we cannot be held responsible for any missing packages. If there is an issue It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the customer care team with solid, specific information from your countries postal service regarding an order for a refund to be issued. Please keep in mind that international orders may take a bit longer to be received by the customer as we have no control over customs. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility when placing international orders.

- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery / pickup.
- If you received the wrong product, or if it arrived damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist you to resolve the problem immediately. Any issues after 7 days of delivery cannot and will not be addressed.

- A restocking fee of 30% (or more) will be assessed if an item is not returned in its original sold condition. The return must include the original box, all factory paperwork / case candy, pickguard film, cables, tools, etc. If the customer wishes to return an item they received because they do not like the item (i.e., sound, feel, look), the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from and those costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No returns on harmonicas, kazoos, or microphones.
- Layaways and Layaway payments are non-refundable
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all instruments, accessories, sound system, and amplifier returns unless exchanging towards another instrument of equal or greater value. Limited to one exchange per customer then customer is responsible for all original fees / shipping costs / etc after that.
