Vintage Fender F-1030 Acoustic Guitar c.1970 Harmony USA Mahogany w/Gig Bag
A charming American-made Fender from a fascinating chapter in acoustic guitar history!
Butler Music is pleased to offer this vintage Fender F-1030 concert-style acoustic guitar, believed to date to approximately 1970. Built for Fender by Harmony in Chicago, this guitar combines classic American acoustic styling with a handsome natural mahogany appearance and plenty of vintage character.
Its rounded body, oversized tortoise-style pickguard, decorative soundhole rosette, and black Fender headstock give it a distinctive look. If you appreciate the straightforward charm of older American-made acoustics, this is a great-looking example to consider.

Condition
This guitar is in very good overall vintage condition, with wear consistent with its age. There are surface scratches, small dings, finish wear, and edge wear, including visible wear around the headstock. The tuning-machine plates show oxidation, and the tuner buttons show age-related wear. Please review the detailed photographs for a close look at its condition.
It retains an attractive vintage appearance, with warm wood coloring and distinctive period appointments.
Identification note: The interior marking appears to read “F-70-N,” along with “Made in USA.” On Harmony-built instruments, an “F-70” marking is consistent with a 1970 date stamp. The separate “1030” marking supports identification as Fender’s F-1030 model. We are therefore describing this instrument as circa 1970.
Included: The actual Fender guitar pictured and a non-original gig bag. No hardshell case is included.
An appealing piece of Fender’s acoustic history, offered by Butler Music—serving musicians since 1987!
