1981 Yamaha Japan SG-600 Double Cutaway (Black)
Considered by many as an upgrade to the standard Les Paul design, the Yamaha SG series are some of the fullest sounding guitars you'll ever play. The SG-600 was a mid-range model from the early 1980's.
Weighing in at 3.8kg's, it's built with a maple/agathis body, slim 60's mahogany set neck and a rosewood fretboard (12" radius, 628mm scale length, 43mm nut width).
Loaded with the original Yamaha tailpiece, bridge and tuners along with the original G-II pickups.
Good vintage condition as pictured with plenty of signs of cosmetic wear from use, no repairs or breaks though. There's a small cosmetic crack to the finish on the back of the neck but no structural issues at all.
