The banjo has been stored in its case for many years. To make it ready for use again, it will require a new set of strings and a general cleaning.
The case shows signs of wear on the handle, and the plastic trim has come loose in two places. After more than 50 years under tension, the adhesive has weakened. The original key is still included in the case, and the lock is fully functional.
