I purchased a Guild 12 string in 1975 and I still own it today. That is how it is when you own a Guild, you keep them forever.

About this guitar:
Weight: 3.9 pounds
This guitar came directly from Guild to my supplier, it has never been sold retail. It was examined by a team of factory technicians and they found no issues, the neck is straight, no buzz, and no issues with the body. We also tested it when we received it and found no issues, it plays and sounds great. When we polished the guitar we did not find any blemishes or issues.
Here is what Guild says about the OM-140CE:
This mid-sized orchestra shaped acoustic is equally suited for strumming and fingerpicking, and produces a sweet, balanced tone. The perfect choice for the versatile musician, the OM-140CE features a solid Sitka spruce top, solid African mahogany back and sides, and an elegant cutaway for access to higher frets. The hidden Fishman Sonitone pickup gives this guitar a perfectly amplified boost for gigs and live performances.
Other premium features include an Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and mother-of-pearl rosette. This model also has a 1¾” nut width on a vintage shaped Guild neck, iconic Chesterfield headstock emblem reminiscent of 1960s Guilds, period-correct tortoiseshell pickguard, and Guild’s new lightweight polyfoam case

FAQ, frequently asked questions
Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher? The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.
Who refurbishes your instruments? All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.
Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty? No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty. Per agreement with Guild there is a tiny used stamp on the back of the headstock to indicate that there is no warranty.
Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it? All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box. However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and getting bumped around during shipping.
