All original, super clean Fender Mustang Bass MB-SD/CO VWH, Serial Number S089043. The bass was made in Japan, it is quite a rare model because it was only produced for the Japanese market, and never exported. It is the OWH version (Olympic White), which is even rarer. This model comes equiped with a Seymour Duncan "Duncan Designed" pickup, installed form the factory (hence the "SD" in the product number).

Great sounding instrument, with super low action. It is a short scale bass, making it very easy to play.

The bass is in excellent condition, the Olympic White has aged to a deep cream color. There is one super small mark in the finish on one of the side, that look like a scratch. The rest of the finish is flawless, there are some usual light scratches on the back, but they are only visible under strong light. The finish is still super glossy.

The maple neck looks brand new, everything is glossy, no dents or scratches. The rosewood fingerboard is clean. It's straight, the action is very low. The sides of the headstock are very clean.

Frets are original, they show very little wear since I have always used flatwound string on that bass. It is currently stringed with Thomastik-Infeld flatwound strings.

The bass comes with its original fender gigbag, dusty but in good shape.
