The 1.5CS: Similar to the 1 1/2C except it's slightly smaller and has a much more efficient entrance into the throat. It helps the articulation and adds a lively "zip" to the sound. This mouthpiece is especially good on vintage trumpets or overly dark horns to make them "speak"
This mouthpiece also features a clear acrylic screw rim making it great for outdoor performances and makes the mouthpiece sit even more comfortably on the chops. It uses Warburton threads and is therefore compatible with many other modern screw rim pieces.
