The Driftwood Reactive Loadbox (8Ω) is built to let you run your tube head at its sweet spot without a speaker cabinet, while preserving the dynamic feel that gets lost with basic resistive loads. Driftwood designed it to emulate the behavior of a real 8Ω 4×12-style impedance curve, so your amp responds with the same “push,” sag, & interaction you feel when you’re loud.
