Gibson V2 in Black finish made in 1981 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid maple with walnut stringers body, 5-Piece mahogany with walnut stringers neck and ebony fingerboard. Equipped with its original Gibson V2 boomerang humbuckers in the neck position and a bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of all but one original CTS pots. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and white side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper neck profile. The hardware is comprised of gold Gibson /schaller sealed diecast tuning machines with with flip out tuner crank(super cool and rare feature) heads, a brass nut, a Gibson Tune-O-Matic bridge with v2 brass tailpiece , 5-ply black pickguard and Black speed knobs.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with some signs of play on the back (slight jean and buckle marks). Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
