Very Cool, Very Unusual Tonal Range.. with that classic punch if desired.. and….. VERY HEAVY! 12.5 lbs cats and kittens.. and even though that takes it to “Sherman Tank” territory, over the shoulder with the right strap… a 60 or 90 min set is doable.. if you luck out a pull a 45/50 min quick set.. NO Prob! or if you’re UNDER 45 yrs old I guess!! lol
Look these bases up… you can get them right here on Reverb special ordered.. I’m impressed. And folks, I have my hands on a lot of different instruments. From the live show aspect…. The weight is the only concern I honestly have. The action, feel, tone and just overall aesthetic is badass! Not always a fan of active electronics but these cats have found a way to not just make it work cosmetically but tone wise as well… GOOD ON YOU TW Basses!
This one was ordered and either blue or coral blue.(don’t know the difference). on an ash body, with an active EMG pick up designed specifically for these basses with the owner of EMG. Roasted Warmoth neck, Kluson bridge and Schaller tuners, chrome pickup cover and ship in a padded gigbag.
