I am the original (and only) owner.

I never really used this unit much, since I don't use distortion at all - mostly just fuzzfaces. This pedal was used maybe all of 50 times and has never left the house. For the past 10 years, it has been sitting inside a closet.

It was used via a high quality Voodoo Labs power supply (9V adapter). You can run it by battery as well (the 9V cable works fine) and there is no battery residue of any kind inside.

All parts, screws, knobs, etc are original. This pedal is mint as possible for something bought in the late 1990's. I don't have the box unfortunately, just the pedal. Since it has been around for 20+ years, there is some natural patina/rust on the screws but this is 100% natural aging. Also, the LED has worked itself (slightly) loose in it's socket but works 100% OK.

The little white strip in the front panel pic is just a small post it label - easily removed. Will take another pic with it removed once I get this unit back out of storage.

I am listing this on the higher side price wise - my intended audience at this price would be a collector looking for something original/nice for their display collection.

If you want to actually play/use daily, you can find other similar units for much cheaper and the EHX re-issues are good too. The new small box green reissues from 2020's are almost identical in sound (only the volume is higher, the sound is the same).

No returns but I'm in in NYC, so you can look in person and/or I can go over every detail in a HD zoom call and also plug in into my marshall amp so you can hear how it sounds. If you can come pick it up in person, I'll give you a $100 discount - since it saves me a lot of hassle that way.
